2014 Riesling – $25.00
Only a small crush this year 200 cases in total. Looks very similar to the 2013 – Lemon and lime with that anise spice that is prominent in many a Canberra district riesling. Sits around 3g/l residual sweetness balancing the 9g/l acid. I might be relevant to point out James Halliday’s note on our 2013 “…Not including the Canberra District in the top echelon of riesling regions of Australia should be a vinous capital crime. Great value”

2014 Pinot Gris – $25.00
A new line for this year, fermented in a 700L ceramic ‘egg’ which gives the wine an elegant mineral quality. Filled with pear and spice with a appley finish to the palate. An intriguing wine that is perfect with seafood.

2013 “Seven Months’ Skin contact, field blend – $40.00 (3 bottle limit)
A glimpse of our new label design can be seen here. An illustration commissioned from Steve Noble and label design by Claudia Passaro of Cloudy Co. The graphic larder scene reflects our interest in food and inside you’ll see our first crack at natural wine making. A blend of pinot gris, traminer and chardonnay, fermented and matured on skins for seven months. No additions during fermentation of maturation, no filtration, hand bottled and sealed with vinolok. You can see is as a curio but there’s more to it. I will be making more of this style, so much flavour and energy in this wine, just about the best food style you’ll see
